How do I place my order?

Shopping at Shoppingekart is very simple. There are one ways in which you can place an order.
10 Easy Steps to Place Order by yourself.
Just follow a few quick steps given below:

1.      Go to www.Shoppingekart.com

2.      Go through the various products available on our site and their specifications.

Once you’ve selected the product you’re looking for, you may click on "Buy Now" button ,(right hand side of the page).Select the quantity you would like to purchase.

3.      Enter the promotional/discount code (if any) in "Apply Coupon Code section" and click "Apply"

4.      Click on Proceed to Check out.

5.      You may be asked to login if registered; you can register your account with us without any hassles or you may also opt to check out as a Guest.

6.      Enter the Shipping and Billing details.

7.      Click on Proceed to Pay.

8.      Choose your preferred mode of payment to pay for the balance amount.

9.      Once the order is placed, you’ll also be sent a notification e-mail with the order details and the estimated shipment date.

How do I check the current status of my order?

It’s very simple. Just float your cursor on "My Account" link on the top right hand side of any page. It will drop a list of options for you to select:

·         My Orders

·         My Wishlist

·         My Wallet

·         My Trips

·         Track Order

·         Logout


 

1.      Registered customers can check the order details by clicking on "My Orders".

2.      Next Page will show you all your existing and previous orders placed during the past 3 months. To view old orders, you may select the Start & End Date and click on "Go".

3.      Click on the Purchase Id you want to know the status of.

1.      If you checked out as a Guest, you can click "Track Order".

2.      Enter your Email Address and the Purchase ID and click on "Track" button below.

3.      We will send you an e-mail notification with the shipping details, as soon as the order is dispatched.

Are there any hidden costs (Octroi or Sales Tax) on purchase?

No. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Shoppingekart. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Does Shoppingekart offer Warranty / Guarantee on all products?

Most branded products come with the manufacturer’s warranty, which can be claimed from any authorized service center in your locality. However, there are certain products which may not offer after sale services in your area, in that case, please contact our Customer Service team. They’ll review the nature of the complaint and provide you with the best possible resolution.

How to apply Promo Code on an order?

·         Go to www.Shoppingekart.com and select the items you want to purchase.

·         When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed To Pay", the same as our regular checkout.

·         On the "Make Payment" page, under the Order Summary, it'll show "Enter Promotion Code" with a box below it.

·         Enter your Promotion code in the box, and click on Apply.

·         If the amount of your Gift Voucher doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method.

·         For COD orders, store credit/GC/Wallet can be applied for purchasing a single item (not more than one quantity).

How do I cancel my order?

If it’s a COD order:
You can cancel your COD order any time prior to its shipment.

1.      Registered customers can check the order details by clicking on "My Orders".

2.      Next Page will show you all your existing orders under Order Summary.

3.      Click on the Purchase ID you want to cancel.

4.      Click on "Cancel Order" next to your Order ID that you wish to cancel.

If it’s a Non COD order:

1.      If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team and let us know the reason for it.

2.      Our Subject Matter Experts will review the reason for your cancellation request and try to resolve the objective if possible.

3.      If you still do not wish to continue with your order, we’ll cancel it without any further delay.

4.      Once the order is cancelled, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered E-mail Id.
